As midday approaches, join us at di Mare for a heartwarming lunch at di Mare amidst the playful spirit of the season. Indulge in a delectable three-course sharing menu that includes options for carnivores, pescatarians and vegetarians alike and you'll be serenaded by the joyful voices of children from the Bali Life Foundation, a charity organisation close to our hearts, singing uplifting Christmas carols. Epic flavours collide on Day 4 of our 12 Days at Karma Festive Season Celebration where we bring you an epic culinary clash that transcends borders and flavours for our special Boxing Day BBQ Brawl: South African Braai vs. American BBQ at Karma Beach. Seasoned chefs Joseph and Stefan face-off in a 5-round barbecue battle for the ages that pits the bold, savoury braai flavours against the mouthwatering smoked meats and delectable sauces of American BBQ. Come join us for succulent slow-cooked meats, delectable sides and fusion flavours in this ultimate Boxing Day feast celebrating the BBQ traditions of two great grilling cultures.As you savour these exceptional dishes, you’ll have the opportunity to weigh in on the battle of flavours by participating in a questionnaire.
